At NVCHub.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our digital services, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued only if work has not commenced on your project.
  • Once project work has begun (e.g., design drafts delivered, SEO reports run, etc.), refunds are no longer eligible.

2. Custom Orders

  • All custom work (e.g., website development, logo design) is non-refundable once the order has been initiated.

3. Payment Gateway Integration

  • We offer a full assessment before integration. If a solution is not possible after assessment, a partial refund may be provided based on time spent.

4. Maintenance & Management Services

  • These are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation can be made before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a paid billing cycle.

5. Dispute Resolution
